Wire Spark Cutting Machine
Toolmaking process is made by our firm, as the manufacturing is implemented with type Mitsubishi MV2400S Tubular Wire Spark Cutting Machine, which is a high-end equipment on the market. Thanks to this machine, we are able to work precisely and cost-effectively.
Our Services
The main area of our firm is plate chopping, producing machine industrial and metal mass-produced articles, the distribution and manufacturing of plate parts, which are prepared uniquely or by standardized production. Furthermore, we are focusing on the complex implementation of toolmaking and manufacturing process.
Manufacturing hinges and unique moving parts

Edge bending and manufacturing plate parts
We are able to undertake the preparation of semi-finished tools, finished products, and products to be cut with complicated contours, series in low number or in large number of pieces. Our services include tooling of the ordered goods and complex manufacturing together with edge bending.
Welding work
At present we are implementing simple welding works, otherwise our welding developments depend on our customers’ requests.
Machinable materials: coal steel thick plate, fine plate, stainless and acid resistant materials, aluminium materials.

Toolmaking
In our toolmaker manufactory we are able to undertake the production of plastic injection moulds, cutting and bending tools and further gangs. According to any needs we are also ready to improve and optimize new tools.
Furthermore, depending on our (lease-work) capacity: plastic injection moulds, cutting, bending and deep-drawing tools, manufacturing, amelioration, transformation and maintenance, surface grinding, milling and turnery of any tool components, which might be implemented both in standardized production and piece production.
Surface treatment
There is one step in the last term of toolmaking, the treatment of surfaces, which is implemented by our partners. Surface treatment procedures: galvanizing, powder coating or/and anodizing of polished and rough surfaces.
